This page explains what information Next Border collects through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form, we store the name, contact details, service of interest and message you provide, so a member of our team can respond to you.
If you use the IELTS speaking mock, we store your practice responses and the estimated band produced by the tool so your session can be reviewed later.
If you chat with our NORA assistant, the conversation is stored so we can follow up on your question and improve the answers we give.
Information collected automatically
We record basic visit information — the page visited, the time, and any campaign tag present in the link you clicked — so we can understand which channels people reach us through.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell any information collected on this site.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to deliver the service you asked about, and to keep an internal record of the conversation.
Access is limited to the Next Border team members who handle enquiries and applications.
Storage and third parties
Data submitted through this site is stored in our hosted database. The IELTS scoring and NORA assistant features send the text of your responses to third-party AI providers so a reply or score can be generated.
We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to dawancolor@gmail.com with your request and the contact details you used.
You can also simply choose not to submit the form, use the mock test, or chat with the assistant.
