Terms of Representation
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any advisory engagement with Next Border.
Using this website
You may use this site, its guides and its practice tools for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not copy, republish or resell the content without written permission.
We may update or remove content, tools and pages at any time.
Enquiries do not create an engagement
Submitting the enquiry form, chatting with the assistant or booking a consultation starts a conversation. It does not by itself create an advisory engagement.
An engagement begins only when both sides have agreed, in writing, on the scope of work and the fee for it.
Scope of our work
Where engaged, we advise on document preparation, application strategy and interview readiness. The final application, and every statement in it, remains yours.
We do not prepare, endorse or submit false or misleading documentation, and we will end an engagement where this is requested.
Fees
Any fee is agreed in writing before work begins. Fees cover advisory work and preparation time; they are separate from embassy, institution and test-centre charges, which you pay directly to those bodies.
Because the decision on any application rests with the relevant authority, fees are not contingent on the outcome.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents, and to inform us if your circumstances change during an application.
Limits
We are not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, institutions or test centres, for changes in policy, or for delays outside our control. Please also read our Consular Disclaimer.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement in writing. Work already carried out up to that point remains payable under the agreed terms.
